Information We Collect

What Information Do We Collect?

HPPku is designed to store all your business data locally on your device. We do not collect or store your production data, raw materials, or financial records on our servers.

However, some information may be automatically collected by third-party services integrated within the Application:

Advertising (Google AdMob): Device identifiers, anonymous usage data, and contextual information to display relevant advertisements.
Google Drive Backup: When you use the backup feature, your Application data files are stored in your personal Google Drive account. We do not store these files on our servers.
In-App Purchases: One-time purchase (premium) transaction information is processed by Google Play. We do not store your credit card details or payment information.

💡 Your production data, raw material lists, and HPP calculations are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to SariLab Studio’s servers.

How We Use Information

How Is Your Information Used?

The Service Provider uses collected information for the following purposes:

To operate and improve the Application’s functionality.
To display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob.
To process and verify premium purchases (one-time purchase) through Google Play.
To diagnose technical issues and crash reports (if crash analytics services are enabled).
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Third-Party Access

Which Third Parties Are Involved?

The Application uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Google Play Services – for authentication, in-app purchases, and app distribution.
Google AdMob – for displaying advertisements within the Application.
Google Drive API – for the backup and restore feature to your personal Google Drive account.

Information shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary to provide those services and is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Opt-Out Rights

How Can You Stop Data Collection?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application from your device using the standard uninstall processes available on your Android device or via the Google Play Store.

Since all business data is stored locally, uninstalling the Application will also permanently delete all your production data, raw material lists, and calculation history from that device.

💡 Make sure you have performed a Google Drive backup before uninstalling the Application if you wish to preserve your data.

Children’s Privacy

Protection of Children Under 13

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take the necessary action.

Data Security

How Is Your Data Security Maintained?

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Application data is stored locally on your device.

For long-term data protection, the Application provides a Google Drive backup feature. Backup files are stored in your personal Google Drive account. We strongly recommend securing your Google account with a strong password and two-factor authentication (2FA).

Please be aware that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use the backup feature regularly to protect your data.

What If This Policy Changes?

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
